Disclaimer
I have the right to refuse service if the client or the project makes me feel uncomfortable, or if I deem the project way above my skill level. If the client is deemed overly rude, or inappropriate they will be put on a ban list that will be shared with other artists.
Do not be the guy that has to actually be put on the ban listIf I am ever put in a position where the customers commission will take longer than expected, I will respond with an update and a new estimate when the project will be finished. Most commissions should take about 2 weeks to complete, unless stated otherwise.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my terms of service.My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.
How to Commission
Look through my commission prices (find what art style of mine you like!)
Prepare a Google Document/ Google Drive with character information and references you want me to use (Character ref sheet, pose ideas, fashion choises, color palette, ect.)
Reach out to me using one of my socials
I will respond in a professional but friendly manner. Customers are allowed to be as casual or professional back (just respect my privacy)
References and Information
If you are giving me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, unshaded reference sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will still try and draw the character as faithfully as I can, but excess edits to match beyond what is presented to me when I start the commission will add an added props price, and I will let you know before adding the change.Please provide all necessary reference materials for your commission in the Google Doc. Visual and written referenced are fine, but note that if the reference is too complex/ not specific enough for me to work off of I reserve the right to add a charge onto the order and I will contact you about it.Please please PLEASE be as specific as possible when ordering. Artistic freedom is fine, but if you are looking for something specific and exact I will NEED that information.While I can replicate and copy cartoon art styles, I will NOT copy another artists art style.
Revisions and Edits
I will keep you fully updated during the different stages during the project.You will be sent sketches in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed or changed, removed or added or if I am allowed to continue. Anything I missed or change during the sketch will be free of extra charge.There will be 3 free revisions after I get the okay to continue past the sketch. after the third revision a 5$-20$ charge will be added per revision, price varying on size of change.I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me in the Google Doc/ Google Drive.
Time Frame
Commissions should take at least 2 weeks. Subject to change from complexity of project and personal life issues
Deadlines are acceptable as long as I am warned beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required, and if there is a waitlist an added price will be made to skip ahead in line
I will update you directly if anything causes the project to be put on hold momentarily
Usage policy
Use of artwork for personal use is okay. Claiming the art of yours, or using it for commercial use is prohibited
Reposting the art is allowed with proper credit. (without will lead to being put on the ban list)
My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platform
Purposefully cropping or removing my signature, editing/ altering my artwork, using my artwork for commercial use (without discussion and payment, or taking credit and tracing my art is prohibited, no if ands or buts. If I find out you did any of the following, you will immediately put on the ban list that will be shared with other artists.

I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or the art.If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private they must mention it during the process of ordering the commission.
Payment Information
I will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commission.I will need either your CashApp or Venmo username/ link. You will receive an invoice from Beau Bearr.I will never use any information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never share or mention it to you (unless an issue arrises) or anyone without your express permission.
Paying
For your protection and mine, the payment will be split into 2 installments
I will send and invoice for the first half of the payment and will not start working until playment is sent
Payment accepted only through invoicing
Payment should be in USD, please convert before sending
Tips are appreciated but not necessary
Refunds may be given if
I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason
I have not yet begun your commission and two months or more have passed, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait.
If customer wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken, and 50% if I've started. Once the artwork is colored no refunds are available.By paying an invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/ service, so it is impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided invoice.You are also confirming that you are the owner of this accont and money or have permission to use it fully.Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of the character design rights/ art made. If you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions and being put on the ban list.

Underage persons commissioning mature (18+) art is prohibited. If I have reason to believe you are underage, I will not draw any sort of gore or nsfw art for you. Purchasing any mature art from me confirms you are at least 18 or older. If I find out you by any nsfw art from me you will be put on the ban list.
